• Individual support. If you face a grievance, a disciplinary, restructuring, or a problem with management, your union provides experienced caseworkers and, where needed, legal representation.
• Safety at work. Union health-and-safety reps have legal rights to inspect and challenge unsafe practices. Unionised workplaces are measurably safer.
